Meanings of Communication
The process of exchanging message from one person to another person from one place to another place is called communication.It helps to know condition or situation of a place.It helps to connect the people in the community.Therefore communication is a medium or technology in which human beings transmit the message or knowledge from one person to another person of society,place,environment as well as different events.
Importance of Communication
1. Modernization of Agriculture
Communication have improve the ways of agriculture.We should communicate with each other about agriculture and we find the best way to improve the agricultural sector.
2. Increase in trade and commerce
Communication helps to share our idea with each other and we use that idea to increase the sources of income. We should start our business,project and other any work through communication to improve that work.
3. Development of tourism industry
If communication are active in the whole world than we know about different facts about different places. We have to know about the beauty,purpose of place and enjoyment through communication before we visit some places in internet.
4. Accelerate development works
Communication is the most important for the development of any sectors. It is the easy or modern way to developing all sectors. Communication have to know all situation,terms and condition.
5. Development of other sectors
Communication helps to know about any subject matter. We are directly connected through communication with different people. They all have know some things about different topic and we share that idea through communication for development.
6. National Unity
Communication have connect the so many peoples and it creates a unity in family,society,groups and nation also. We all human beings have to know about friendship and relationship for national unity for the development in any sectors.
Problems of Communication
1. Financial problems
There are so many rural area in Nepal. There are no any good sources of income for the development of communication sectors. In rural area they do not know about any modern things which are available in market and they also don't know about modern market. There are low sources of income and they can only fulfill their basic needs.
2. Lack of fair policy
There are no any system in communication management in rural area. There are not fully developed the communication policy in rural area. They are far from government so they are also far from communication. Communication have their terms and conditions but all people are not follow that.
3. Physical backwardness
There are so many places which are located in rural area. There are difficult land topography. They don't know about modern things because of lack of communication or communicable things. Physical backwardness is also a main problem of communication development and management in rural areas.
4. Limited Industrialization
There are small and limited industries are available in rural area and there are low source of income. Therefore they do not develop the communicable things in their society. They have fulfill their basic needs and involve in agriculture to running their day to day life. They have not any thinking about modernization, so they are backward in communication development.
